Data deletion instructions

Last updated: 29 September 2026 · Private beta

You can request deletion of data held by FrameScope.cloud even if you use a demo or no longer have FrameScope installed. Deleting local files, revoking a provider connection and removing published content are separate actions.

1. Disconnect an account

In FrameScope, open Publish and disconnect the relevant connected account. Pause active uploads first if the app asks you to. Current YouTube disconnection removes the saved local connection credential and account entry. Publishing history and calendar entries may remain locally. This action does not erase a video already uploaded to YouTube or another platform.

2. Revoke provider permissions

Use the connected-app or business-integration settings of Google, Facebook/Meta, Instagram or TikTok to remove FrameScope's permissions. The exact settings label depends on the provider and connection type. If a FrameScope integration has not been enabled, no connection to that provider has been established by the app. Provider-side revocation and deletion are subject to that provider's controls.

3. Request deletion from FrameScope.cloud

Email robakidzedato2000@yahoo.com with the subject FrameScope data deletion request. Include the platform and account or channel name/identifier involved, and describe whether you want connected-account information, correspondence, diagnostic submissions or all developer-held data about you removed. Include a support receipt if you have one. Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens or a copy of your video unless we separately explain why it is necessary.

We will review the request, ask only for information reasonably needed to identify the data and verify your authority, remove applicable data as soon as reasonably possible, and confirm the outcome or explain any legally required retention. Applicable legal deadlines still apply. Contacting us does not by itself create an authenticated deletion request to an independent social or AI provider.

4. Remove data stored on your computer

Local videos, analysis files, reports, scripts, history, settings and credentials are stored in FrameScope's data folder. Uninstalling the app can leave this folder intact. To remove the whole local library, close FrameScope, first make any copies you want to keep, then remove the confirmed FrameScope application-data folder. Folder location can differ for custom installations and Windows application redirection; contact robakidzedato2000@yahoo.com if you need help identifying the correct folder. Do not delete unrelated folders or original media that you want to keep.

A message to the developer does not give the developer remote access to erase your local files. Separately exported reports and copies outside the application data folder must be removed by you if you no longer want them.

5. Remove copies held elsewhere

Delete published videos using the social platform's own controls. For material sent to a cloud AI provider or copied to your backups, use the relevant provider or backup controls and retention policy. FrameScope cannot promise erasure of independently held copies that it cannot access. If you need clarification about what FrameScope itself holds, contact robakidzedato2000@yahoo.com.
